Senior Marketing & Sales Professional

(Casual – Commission Basis – Work from Home)

 Raidho Solutions is a consulting partnership providing customised solutions to a variety of organisations. Our main focus is on organisational process and system improvement and the associated elimination of wasteful practices. However we also provide project management services and solutions to challenging organisational compliance and human relations issues.

We have a need for a B2B (business to business) marketing & sales professional that can help us expand our client base and generate more business.

The person we are looking for will have solid experience in the marketing and selling of B2B ‘niche services’ in the business, government and not-for-profit sectors. Proven skills in the establishment and maintenance of long lasting client relationships are deemed vital. We are looking for a person who loves to market and sell services that help to improve people’s lives and reduce waste.

This role may suit somebody who has retired from full time work, but would still like to work some days on a commission only basis. Alternatively this role may also be of interest to somebody who is already set up as an independent marketing and sales agent who would like to promote additional (non-competing) services to clients.

Remuneration will be commission based and is negotiable.

Key Criteria

  •  Must have at least 10 years of solid, personal, one-on-one marketing and sales experience involving B2B services or goods. – Must be passionate this type of work!
  • Good emphatic listener who can build and maintain solid relationships with organisational decision makers.
  • Open, friendly and assertive net worker.
  • Good knowledge of organisational structures, processes and the typical inefficiencies that plague organisational life.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or related discipline would be welcome.
  • Must be able and willing to work from home using own resources such as car, mobile phone, computer, printer, software, etc. (Some assistance may be provided.)
  • Must have ABN (Australian Business Number) or be prepared to obtain one.
